Terms of Service
1. User Information:
When using this app, you agree to provide accurate personal information, including your full name, telephone number, and city of residence.
2. Knowledge and Device Requirements:
Users of this app should have a good understanding of soccer trends and possess a compatible smartphone to participate effectively.
3. League Predictions:
You can participate in predicting match results or scores for matches in the following top 5 soccer leagues:
- English Premier League (EPL)
- La Liga
- Bundesliga
- Ligue 1
- Serie A
4. Prediction Timing:
Predictions must be submitted at least two days before the match and no later than one hour before the game starts.
5. Entry Limit:
Each user is allowed one prediction entry per match.
6. Scoring System:
You earn 50point for correctly predicting the match result.
If you correctly predict the exact score, you earn250points.
You earn 1 point for every 100 UGXof YoTVChannels subscriptions you make.
You earn 10 points for every day you participate.
7. Payment Terms:
Payments will be made after the last match of the season.
A weekly prize of 50,000 will be awarded to the top performer of the week who exceeds a total 2,000 points.
At the end of the season, a prize of 1.5 million will be awarded to the user who tops the leaderboard.
7a. Future Payouts:
We are committed to enhancing the user experience of our app by continually improving and expanding our offerings. As part of this commitment, we anticipate potential adjustments and enhancements to the payout structure in the coming years.
7b. Payout Adjustments:
We may periodically review and adjust the payout amounts, frequency, or criteria to ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of the app. Any modifications to the payout structure will be communicated through app notifications, emails, or updated versions of the Terms of Service.
7c .Enhanced Rewards:
We plan to progressively increase the season-end payouts for winners, starting with 1,000,000 UGX for the top performer in the first year. Subsequently, in the second year, the top performer will receive 1,5000,000 UGX, and this payout will incrementally increase for each subsequent year.
7d. Transparency and Communication:
We value transparency and will ensure that users are informed about these progressive enhancements in the payout structure. Any modifications will be communicated in advance, giving users ample notice of any changes.
8. Fair Play and Integrity:
Cheating, collusion, or any attempt to manipulate the app or results is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any fraudulent activities.
9. Modifications:
These terms and conditions may be modified or updated at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically for changes.
10. Termination:
Violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account and participation privileges.
By using this app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
